·曲线滚轮的螺栓作滚道的部位是经过淬火的。为避免应力集中,滚轮的厚壁外圈外表面为弧面形。
·曲线滚轮有带单、双密封圈、不带密封圈、带密封环的各种规格的型号。带密封圈存储润滑脂空间大、提供长久性润滑,并延长润滑间隔。密封圈材质为N220或聚四氟乙烯,其运转温度范围分别为-30°C至+100°C或-30°C至+180°C
·密装式的曲线滚轮它可承受较重的载荷但转速较低,且必须经常再润滑。
·全部型号的曲线滚轮都可带偏心套供应。且可以通过螺栓端面的凹槽调节。在偏心套端面标记NF处表示偏心套的最高点。再润滑可以经由螺栓两端进行。

·曲线滚轮的尺寸公差和几何精度符合国际、部标、行标公差等级C。
·CZT-曲线滚轮都是在填充润滑脂后供应,使用的是高级锂基脂,适合温度为-30°C至+120°C。
·当装配NF-曲线滚轮时必须注意螺栓与孔的配合,尽可能无空隙,对于配合孔所推荐公差H7(J7)。紧固螺母必须有防松措施。
·在装配时,螺栓滚道上的油孔应当可能位于非负荷区中。
